Terms of Service

Effective July 6, 2026

1. What MatchDesk is

MatchDesk ("MatchDesk", "we", "us") is a software tool for organizing and running sportsbook new-user signup bonuses: an offer catalog, calculators, client worklists, and tracking. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms.

MatchDesk is not a sportsbook, casino, or gambling operator. We do not accept, place, broker, or hold wagers or gambling funds. All betting activity happens on third-party licensed sportsbooks under their own terms, entirely outside MatchDesk.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where the sports betting activity you undertake is legal. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your state and with each sportsbook's own terms and conditions, including one-account and self-exclusion rules. We may refuse or close accounts at our discretion.

3. Your account

Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single operator — do not share access or resell it except through a program we expressly offer (e.g. coach seats).

4. Subscriptions and billing

MatchDesk is pay-to-access. Plans are billed in advance (weekly, monthly, or annual) and renew automatically until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If a renewal charge fails, we may suspend access until payment succeeds. We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Your consulting activity

If you use MatchDesk to run offers for other people ("clients"), that relationship is yours alone. You are solely responsible for your arrangements with your clients, the fees you charge, complying with the law in doing so, and your own taxes. MatchDesk is not a party to those arrangements and does not collect or hold money between you and your clients.

6. No guarantees; not advice

Sportsbook offers rotate, change, and get pulled without notice. Figures shown in MatchDesk (estimated values, per-head figures, case studies) are estimates based on published offer terms and our models — they are not promises of earnings. Matched betting is low-risk when executed correctly, not no-risk: mistakes, voided bets, and account limitations can cost real money.

Nothing in MatchDesk is financial, legal, or tax advice. Verify every offer's current terms on the sportsbook before staking money.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use MatchDesk to facilitate anything unlawful, including betting where it is illegal, underage gambling, fake or borrowed identities, location spoofing, or operating sportsbook accounts that do not belong to the person betting. Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the offer catalog, abuse rate limits, or attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund.

8. Intellectual property

MatchDesk, its catalog, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own operation while your subscription is active. The data you enter about your own clients remains yours.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

MatchDesk is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses from betting activity, offer changes, sportsbook account limitations, or service downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continuing to use MatchDesk after a change takes effect means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
